Farrah Ramdayal is an elder law attorney primarily in the Wayne and Macomb County area.  Her legal practice focuses on strategic Medicaid planning, VA Benefits planning and Estate Planning, including the preparation of Wills, Trusts and Powers of Attorney.  Farrah has specialized in elder law and estate planning for the past few years and has effectively represented families with both large and small estates.  Farrah has represented clients in contested will and trust matters.  She works closely with families to determine their goals and needs.  Her sympathetic, yet aggressive nature makes her the perfect advocate for you family.

Prior to co-founding Schock Solaiman Ramdayal, PLLC, Farrah Ramdayal graduated from the University of Toronto with a Bachelors of Arts Degree, with a major in Philosophy and a double minor in Sociology and Bioethics.  She completed her Law Clerks of Ontario Certificate at Humber College Institute and then went on to earn her Juris Doctorate from the University of Detroit Mercy, School of Law in 2009.  Ms. Ramdayal was the Vice President of the International Law Society and worked in the Veterans Law Clinic, travelling all over the United States advocating for Veterans and helping process disability claims on their behalf.  She has worked with the Chief Counsel Office for the Internal Revenue Services and has extensive tax training and experience.

On a more personal level, Farrah Ramdayal resides in Downtown Detroit, but is a Toronto Native.  She enjoys spending time with her friends and family, watching hockey, playing golf and traveling.
